Meet the Artist

Just a girl, a few canvases, and a whole lot of grace.

The story behind every brush stroke at AshNationART.

From the Beginning

I never set out to be an artist.

I grew up in Louisiana — the kind of place where Sundays are for church and Tuesday afternoons are for boiled crawfish. Mardi Gras felt like a national holiday. The pelicans on the lake felt like neighbors.

When I started painting, it wasn't a plan. It was a way to slow down. A canvas, some color, and a little quiet at the end of a long day. I never expected anyone else to want one of my pieces — let alone the nearly forty homes that have one hanging now.

But here we are. And honestly? It still feels like a miracle.

The Studio

Inside the place where it all happens

It's not glamorous. There's paint on the floor and a dog who insists on supervising. But it's mine, and I love every square foot of it.

Custom commissions start with a conversation — about your wall, your room, the colors that make you feel at home. From there, I'll sketch, you'll approve, and we'll bring something to life together.
